I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee a week ago. I am able to walk now, but definitely with a limp! My goal is to be able to start running again in January. It's interesting to see your life in a different light once your routine is completely shook. I can't wait to be active! Let's hope 2011 is an injury-free year that brings a few more BEATZ than 2010. Geez, already looking ahead with two months left. What's that phrase? Carpe diem? Maybe next year...
